Refund policy

You can return any item, however we require you to send this tracked to us on your costs. After receiving the return we will send you the agreed upon compensation. 

Please contact us before sending anything back. 

Order cancellation is possible until the point of shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Condition

All whispers of death productions can be assumed to be unused. Storage wear may be present.
Any other items, including vintage items, should always be assumed used unless specifically mentioned. If there are questions regarding the item condition, message us for additional information. No refunds will be given if condition does not match expectations.
